Our Independent Sales Representatives are very important to our success and often the first point of contact for our clients. As a member of our sales team, you'll make outbound calls and send emails to educate potential buyers about our products to help promote our marketing service and to sell property leads. The independent sales representative will provide an exceptional buying experience by understanding and exceeding our client’s expectations. The candidate will work remotely from home.

 

 

INDEPENDENT SALES REPRESENTATIVE:

  • Work cooperatively with other members of the sales team to meet or exceed organizational sales goals while increasing client satisfaction.

  • Contact provided prospects to inform, educate and build rapport letting them know what we can do for them and how we can grow their business by finding them more property deals.

  • Once interested have a detailed discussion with the client about his/her goals, budget, means, ability, wants, needs, etc.

  • Keep in touch with clients and proactively recommend items and marketing services needed by clients to increase client satisfaction and improve sales profitability.

  • Educate clients about features and benefits of our products and preferred marketing programs to improve product related sales and client satisfaction.

  • Excel in a performance based work environment with unlimited earning potential.

  • Exceed minimum sales performance requirements by closing multiple sales per week and maximizing upsell conversions within each sales opportunity.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting, selling and up-selling products and services.

  • Demonstrated success in a sales environment including the ability to influence and close the sale.

  • Demonstrated ability to learn how to sell products requiring specific expertise and knowledge.

  • Strong closing skills and personal committed to achieving sales targets.

  • Effective phone communication and active listening skills to give clients their full attention to what end user is saying, taking time to understand the client’s needs.

 

PAY RATE & INCENTIVES:

  • Commission performance-based pay with bonus opportunities with strong earning potential.

  • 1099 Independent contractor position.
